Burglary Suspect In Region Crawls On Floor To Avoid Alarms, Video Cameras

Connecticut State Police are asking for help identifying the suspect in a Dollar General burglary.

The burglary took place in Windham County around 12 a.m., on Sunday, May 14 at the Dollar General store located at 1075 Main St., in Killingly.

According to state police, troopers responded to the store for a commercial alarm activation and found that the store had been burglarized, but the suspect was no longer on the scene.

During an investigation, troopers accessed video footage that shows an unknown suspect pulling himself across the floor of the business, possibly attempting to avoid activating the alarm system.
