Quincy Man Made Thousands Of Fake $100 Bills Using Mr. Clean Magic Erasers: Feds A man in Quincy, who federal agents said is behind thousands of fake $100 bills that were used across the country, pleaded guilty to counterfeiting currency this week.  Victor Cardona, 34, faces up to 20 years in prison and a fine of $250,000 after admitting to the scheme on Monday, Oct. 3, the US Attorney's Office for Massachusetts said.
