One Killed One Hospitalized In Latest Double Shooting In Baltimore, Police Say Police in Baltimore were busy on Wednesday morning as they investigate a double shooting that left one man dead.  Shortly after 2:30 a.m. on Sept. 13, officers were flagged down by an 18-year-old man who reported that he had been shot and needed to be treated. He was taken by paramedics to an area hospital for evaluation of a non-life-threatening gunshot wound and is expected to survive. Keith Gladden, 35, pleaded guilty to the first-degree murder of Dontrell Toliver in the McElderry Park neighborhood back in 2020 on Wednesday, March 16, the office said, according to a release from the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office.
