Plane Crash: 4, Including Teen, Killed In Vermont Four Connecticut residents killed in a small plane crash in Vermont as they returned home from a luncheon have been identified. The Vermont State Police said the incident occurred in Addison County, Vermont, in Ferrisburgh on Sunday, Sept. 8.
