Those are 7, 12, 17, 26, and 29. Springfield Man Charged With Attempted Murder For West Side Shooting A man has been arrested for attempted murder following a shooting at a home off Main Street over the weekend. On Saturday, Feb. 6, at around 4:30 p.m., police responded to a report of a shooting at 84 Armstrong St. in West Springfield. Upon arrival, police said they found a male victim inside the home who had been shot multiple times. The victim was transported to Baystate Medical Center where he was treated for serious but not life-threatening injuries, police said.
