NH Teen ID'd As Driver Killed In Wild Crash That Sent Engine Through Western Mass Home
The 19-year-old who died in a police chase that ended in a spectacular crash in Hampshire County Sunday, Aug. 20, has been identified as a man from Henniker, New Hampshire. Miles Murray was behind the wheel of the speeding car when it lost control, left the road, and went airborne in Belchertown just before 9 p.m., sending pieces of the vehicle's engine through a nearby home, Belchertown police said. DWI Dump Truck Driver Who Killed PA Firefighter's Pregnant Wife Captured In MA: Police
The DWI dump truck driver who last August killed the pregnant wife of a Pennsylvania firefighter was arrested Wednesday, Nov. 2 in Boston, authorities announced. Everett Clayton, 56, of West Virginia, was wanted on various charges stemming from the crash that happened in Lower Providence Township, PA., on Aug. 25. The crash left Kellie Adams, of Lansdale, PA., dead at 31 years old, according to police in Boston and Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele. Clayton will be charged in Roxbury District Court as a fugitive before facing extradition back to Montgomery …

Burger Dispute At McDonald's Drive-Thru In Hudson Valley Leads To DWI Charge
A dispute over a hamburger at the drive-thru window of a New York McDonald's led to the arrest of a Connecticut man whose blood alcohol level was three times the legal limit. The incident took place in Ulster County around 9:45 p.m. on Wednesday, June 22 at the McDonalds on Route 212 in Saugerties. According to Saugerties Police Chief Joseph Sinagra, officers responded to the fast-food restaurant for a reported dispute over a hamburger.
