Methuen Cop Busted On Child Porn Charges: Police An Essex County cop was arrested and placed on leave after he was caught with disturbing images of child pornography, officials say.  Matthew Bistany, a Methuen police officer, was arrested at his Methuen home on Tuesday, Aug. 8, and charged with child pornography, according to the Massachusetts State Police.
