Police Seek Public’s Help Identifying Driver In Walmart Hit-And-Run: West Manchester Township West Manchester Township police are asking for help identifying a man involved in a hit-and-run in the Walmart parking lot at 1000 Town Center Drive on Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2024. The man, pictured in surveillance images, was driving a dark green or gray pickup truck, which police believe may be an older model Ford F150, according to a release posted on Thursday, Nov. 14. PA Man Tried To Cheat Drug Test With Synthetic Urine: Police A Chambersburg man was caught attempting to furnish drug-free urine during a probation office visit, police announced on Oct. 29, 2024. William James Yohe, 49, was charged after the alleged incident on the 400 block of Walker Road in Chambersburg on Oct. 15, 2024, according to the Chambersburg Police Department. Yohe is accused of attempting to use synthetic urine while meeting with Franklin County Adult Probation Officers, police said. He has been charged with furnishing drug-free urine, a criminal offense under Pennsylvania law.

Lance Heverly, 39, was discovered unresponsive in his cell.
