'Caring' Canton Man Killed In Hit-Run On Shoulder Of I-95 South In Needham A 28-year-old man from Canton was killed after he was hit by a car on I-95 South in Needham this week, authorities said. Needham Fire and EMS responded to the incident just north of Exit 33 around 1:20 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 24, according to Massachusetts State Police.  The man, later identified as Justin Kelley, was pronounced dead on scene. The vehicle involved in the crash did not stay on scene, police added.  Investigation suggests the man was walking in the breakdown lane when he was struck.
