Woman ID'd As Victim Hit, Killed In Weymouth Crash Police identified a 78-year-old woman as the victim in a pedestrian versus car crash in Weymouth earlier this week.  Harjit Thakral, of Weymouth, was hit by an SUV as she walked in the 300 block of Washington Street on Wednesday, Nov. 20, the Norfolk County District Attorney's Office said.  Paramedics took Thakral to South Shore Hospital, where doctors pronounced her dead at 1:40 p.m.  The SUV's driver remained at the scene and worked with investigators, the prosecutor's office said. No charges have been filed.  The crash remains under investigation.
