Charges Pending For Suspected Driver Behind Serious Acton Hit-And-Run: Police An 85-year-old woman from Maynard is expected to face charges in connection with a hit-and-run that seriously injured a 13-year-old boy last month in Acton, authorities said. Acton Police have filed for a criminal complaint charging the woman with leaving the scene of a crash causing personal injury, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and a crosswalk violation, Chief Richard Burrows reports.
