Man Nabbed For Darien Bank Robbery By GPS Tracker, Police Say
A 42-year-old man has been charged with a bank robbery after a GPS device placed in the money bag led to the vehicle used during the heist in Connecticut. The suspect was charged with robbery on Friday, Nov. 10 after he was extradited on a warrant from a Massachusetts correctional facility for the crime that took place in 2021 in Fairfield County on Friday, Dec. 24, 2021, officers in the town of Darien responded to the Peoples Bank located at 25 Old Kings Highway on an active hold-up alarm.
