Support for Joey Calcavecchia, better known as The Roaming Foodie on TikTok, continues to grow as more than 1,500 people have donated to a fundraiser to help him following a violent crash on I-93 earlier this week in Andover. Calcavecchia, of New Hampshire, was involved in a four-car pileup just before 1 a.m. on Tuesday, May 14, on I-93 northbound near exit 42, state police said. Mother Of 4 Dead Babies Found In South Boston Freezer Will Not Face Charges, DA Decides
The Suffolk County District Attorney's Office said it will not file charges against a woman who was found to have stashed the bodies of four of her babies inside her freezer in South Boston. The bodies of two boys and two girls were found inside a shoebox, wrapped in tin foil, and stored in a freezer at an apartment at 838 East Broadway on November 17, 2022. One person was killed in a two-vehicle overnight crash in Connecticut. It happened around 2 a.m. Saturday, March 2 in Tolland County on the eastbound side of I-84 in the town of Union. One tractor-trailer was traveling in the right and another was traveling in the center lane before it veered right for an unknown reason and struck the truck in the right lane, Connecticut State Police said. Police say a 17-year-old Boston basketball player punched a referee in the face during a game at Cohasset High School Wednesday night, Dec. 28. Cohasset High was facing off against South Boston's Excel High School when one of the Excel players attacked the ref around 6:45 p.m., Cohasset Police Chief William Quigley said in a news release. Authorities are investigating two deaths on Carson Beach after police found two bodies at different times at the South Boston spot. The first body was reported to Boston police just before 1:30 p.m. Boston firefighters pulled them out of the water near Mother's Rest Area, police said. A Worcester rock band was forced to cancel several upcoming shows after their drummer was attacked in Boston last week, Boston25 reports. Adam Neufell, with the group known as Young Other, sustained several injuries, including a concussion and broken nose, when he was attacked outside South Station early Friday morning, June 24, the outlet reports.
