Former CT Resident May Lose US Citizenship For Lying About Role In Prisoner Abuse: Feds
A former Connecticut resident originally from Bosnia and Herzegovina may face prison time and the loss of her US citizenship for allegedly lying about her role in abusing prisoners during the Bosnian War, federal officials announced. West Virginia resident Nada Radovan Tomanic, age 51, who once lived in Hartford, was arrested on Thursday, Nov. 29 on charges related to her alleged lying to obtain US citizenship, the US Attorney's Office for the District of Connecticut announced.
