Toddler Who Wandered Out Of CT Laundromat Killed By Hit-Run Driver, Police Say An alleged hit-and-run driver killed a 1-and-a-half-year-old girl after wandering outside of a Connecticut laundromat. The incident occurred in Hartford around 11 p.m., Monday, June 3, in the area of 36 New Britain Ave. According to Lt. Aaron Boisvert of the Hartford Police, officers responded to the area after the department received numerous 911 calls reporting a toddler struck by a vehicle.
