Fatal Crash: 45-Year-Old CT Resident ID'd As Victim On I-84 One person was killed in a two-vehicle overnight crash in Connecticut. It happened around 2 a.m. Saturday, March 2 in Tolland County on the eastbound side of I-84 in the town of Union. One tractor-trailer was traveling in the right and another was traveling in the center lane before it veered right for an unknown reason and struck the truck in the right lane, Connecticut State Police said. The second tractor-trailer then overturned and slid on the roadway into the right shoulder, damaging approximately 250 feet of metal beam guardrail.  Both tractor-trailers …

CT Man, 25, Killed In Hit-Run Crash Identified Police have released the identity of a 25-year-old Connecticut man killed in a hit-and-run motorcycle crash. Tolland County resident James Faulkner, of Vernon, was killed on Tuesday, Feb. 27 during a crash with a 2018 Infiniti Q50 on Prospect Street in Vernon. According to Lt. Robert Marra of the Vernon Police, the driver of the Infiniti fled the scene after hitting Vaulkner's motorcycle. Tolland county resident Jaidyn Bolduc, age 11, was killed around 8:15 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 2, during a two-vehicle crash on I-84 in the town of Vernon, said the. Connecticut State Police. According to state police,  the crash occurred when both vehicles, a Volvo and a Ford Fiesta were traveling eastbound when they collided for an unknown reason, causing disabling damage to both vehicles.
