Stealing Season: Holidays Increase Package Thefts; Police Seek Suspect City police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a woman suspected of stealing unguarded packages from front porches. Due to holiday gift-giving, police noted that reports of stolen packages from front porches, doorways, or other obvious places rise this time of year.
