Only Two Employees Of CT Assisted Living Facility Overdose On Job, Police Say The only two employees on duty at an assisted living center in Connecticut both overdosed on fentanyl, leaving the patients without any help or supervision. The incident took place around 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 22, when the East Haven Police received a 911 call from a visiting nurse at the Caroline Manor Assisted Living facility reported a possible overdose of two employees.
