Pair Of Monroe Massage Parlors Closed For Illicit Activity, Police Say Two Fairfield County massage parlors have been closed after police received complaints from residents of alleged illicit activity. The two Monroe businesses, the Crystal Spa, at 500 Monroe Turnpike and the Blue Rose Spa at 115 Main St., were closed on Tuesday, Jan. 23. According to Lt.
