Line Of Thunderstorms, Some Severe, Sweeping Through Region, With Gusty Winds, Hail Possible

A line of thunderstorms, some severe, is sweeping through the region from the west to the east on Saturday evening, June 19.

Some of the storms could produce small hail and gusty winds, the National Weather Service said.

Storm activity is expected to continue into the early overnight hours.

A quarter of an inch of rainfall is possible from the storms.

Skies will clear by daybreak on Father's Day, Sunday, June 20, which will be mostly sunny and warm with a high temperature in the upper 80s.
