WILTON, Conn. -- Wilton High School senior Chase Smith and sophomore Griffin King performed at the 2014 Connecticut Music Educators Association All-State Music Festival recently.

Smith and Griffin both performed as part of the All-State Choir.

To be considered for acceptance into the festival, Smith and King auditioned for and performed in the Connecticut Western Region festival held in January.

A second round of auditions was then held in February for the purpose of selecting the top singers from the four regions across the state.

The students rehearsed for two days in Cromwell with the best student musicians from across the state in orchestra, band, jazz band and choir before concluding with a concert at the Bushnell Theatre in Hartford.
