Wilton Home Sold for $1.57 Million

WILTON, Conn. – Two homes sold for more than $1.5 million in Wilton this week. Here are the property transfers, as reported by the Wilton town clerk, from April 20 to May 3:

  • Andrew Connelly sold the house at 87 Glen Side to Joan Richter for $317,500.
  • Michele Grand sold the house at 19 Wilton Crest to David Gabriel for $390,000.
  • Clyde and Barbara Crebs sold the house at 139 Cedar Road to Alfred and Karen Giordano for $850,000.
  • Thomas and Kathryn Bendheim sold the house at 44 Cider Mill Place to Catherine Connors and Robert Reif for $1,570,000.
  • Catherine Connors and Robert Reif sold the house at 20 Crowne Pond Lane to Hui Long and Juan Wen for $752,000.
  • William and Karen Hellenbrand sold the house at 23 Crowne Pond Lane to Richard and Liane Roseman for $785,000.
  • Gregory and Lucy Sander sold the house at 253 New Canaan Road to Allison Lamp and Jeffery Markowski for $490,000.
  • Lillian Morvay sold the house at 14 Indian Rock Place to Sanjeev Dham for $640,000.
  • Roger and Barbara Eustance sold the house at 294 Cannon Road to Zaffreen Syed, aka Christian Zerilli, for $722,500.
  • Alan and Carol Kesler sold the house at 385 Nod Hill Road to William and Mary Donnell for $1,500,000.
