? Martha A. and Philip L. Fitting sold 59 Teapot Hill Road to Donald W. and Maureen O. Landry for $1.23 million.  

? Matthew C. and Theresa C. Brush sold 120 Branch Brook Road to Elizabeth and Nolan Drew Kaliski for $720,000.

? Delores D. and John V. Lutter sold 1 Godfrey Lane to Joyce L. Fischer and Matthew C. Nieman for $479,000.

? Caroline Ann and John C. Jopling sold 260 Rivergate Drive to Brett Cochran for $562,500.
