WILTON, Conn. -- Residents of Wilton who aren't registered but who want to vote in the Nov. 5 election still can register.
The deadline for mailed-in (postmarked) voter registration forms is Oct. 22.
There will be an in-person registration from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Oct. 29, at the town hall. This is the last regular session for residents to register before Election Day.
Those who attain voting privileges (as to citizenship, residency or age) after the Oct. 29 deadline may apply in person, with identification and proof of residency,until 5 p.m., Nov. 4, in the registrars office at Wilton Town Hall.
Members of the armed forces and recently discharged members of the armed forces may register up until 5 p.m. on Nov. 4.
On Election Day, three polling places — Wilton High School Clune Center, Cider Mill School gymnasium and Middlebrook School gymnasium — will be open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
