Support in the race for governor is building for Ned Lamont of Greenwich.
Susan Bysiewicz withdrew her challenge for the nomination and agreed to be Lamont’s running mate.
On Thursday, Sean Connolly, former state Department of Veterans Affairs Commissioner, dropped his bid for governor.
Bridgeport Mayor Joe Ganim remains as Lamont’s only convention challenger.
