WILTON, Conn. – More than $3,000 worth of items, including cooper wiring, was stolen from a Wilton construction site last week, police said.
The burglary was reported last Thursday morning at 21 Station Road, police said. About 5,000 feet of copper wire, two motion sensor cameras and three heavy-duty extension cords were reported stolen, according to the police report.
The copper wiring is estimated to be worth $2,000. The cameras are worth $500 each, and the extension cords were valued at $240 total, police said.
The burglary probably happened overnight Wednesday into Thursday, police said.
