Andrew was born in Laclede, Mo., daughter of William Christian Ehrich and Minnie Bell Peer Ehrich. She graduated from high school and pursued studies at Chillicothe Business College in Chillicothe, Mo. She worked at United Carbon in Houston.
After her marriage she moved to Darien in 1971. Her most recent residence was in Wilton, where she moved from Darien.
She returned to work at GTE in Stamford, where she was an insurance and pensions administrator.
She was active in the community and was a member of various clubs, including the Darien Community Association (DCA), the Silvermine Golf Club, the Goodwives Investment Club, and the Federated Garden Clubs of Connecticut. She volunteered at the Darien Thrift Shop for many years.
Andrew is survived by her daughters, Alison Lee Andrew of Guilford and Alisa Andrew of Newtown (Robert T.) Neal of Newtown; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Charles Fleming Andrew; and siblings, Christine Wirtz, Ivan William Ehrich, Alice Gene Rosinski, and Ruth Horton.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, March 15, at St. Luke's Parish Chapel, 1864 Post Road, Darien.
