WILTON, Conn. - David Griffith Ericson of Wilton died July 2. He was 68.
Ericson was born Sept. 17, 1944, in Norwalk, son of Kenton and Eleanor Ericson. He graduated from Norwalk High School and Norwalk Community College. After marriage the family lived in Norwalk and then moved to Wilton in 1974 where he lived until he moved to the nursing home in October 2012. He managed his own construction and renovation business, DCI, throughout his entire career. He was a long time member of the South Norwalk Boat Club.
Ericson is survived by his daughter, Annalisa Ericson of Redding; son, Eric (Erika); a granddaughter; brother, Kenton (Sharon); and nieces.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, July 9 from 4 to 7 p.m. at The Collins Funeral Home, 92 East Ave., Norwalk.
