Worker at Wilton Firm Faces Child Porn Charges

WILTON, Conn. – The Wilton Police Department charged a Milford man with possession of child pornography Thursday.

ASML, a computer chip company in Wilton, reported to police that they believed one of their employees, John Gutrick, 55, had child porn on his work computer.

According to the report, police seized the computer and a forensic examination determined that the computer did have child porn. They also found that the pornography was viewed when Gutrick had the computer.

Gutrick was charged with possessing "fewer than 20 visual depictions of child pornography," which is a Class D felony. Bond was set at $100,000 Gutrick is scheduled to appear in court April 20.
