WILTON, Conn. A Wilton motorist has been charged with driving under the influence in connection with a rollover last Thursday on Danbury Road that resulted in two other cars being damaged and two persons injured, Wilton Police report.
Police identified the driver as Amy Lauren Moran, 34, of Wilton. She was charged with hitting a 2007 Honda hard enough to cause it to hit a 2011 Ford. According to the report, Moran needed to be removed from her car and she and the driver of the Honda were transported to Norwalk Hospital for treatment of undescribed injuries.
Police report that Moran was so intoxicated at the hospital that she was unable to provide a viable reason for how she caused the crash.
Moran was released on a promise to appear and is due in court April 16.

- A Pond Road resident reported the theft of several packages containing around $180 worth of clothing. The resident realized the packages were missing when online tracking confirmed that they had been delivered. Police have no suspects.
- Seven lockers at Rolling Hills Country Club were broken into April 5, police report. The lockers were in the mens locker room. A tally of missing items has yet to be determined, and police are still investigating.
