WILTON, Conn. Wilton Town Counsel and Westport attorney, Ken Bernhard, will speak at the Wilton Kiwanis meeting Wednesday to share his experiences of going undercover to search for poachers in Kenya.
According to a release from Kiwanis, Bernhard posed as an American tourist trying to buy ivory from tusks of poached elephants. He worked with the Kenyan Wildlife Service to catch poachers.
The event starting at 1 p.m. at the WEPCO Complex. All are invited to attend the Kiwanis meeting and listen to Bernhards story. The event is free to the public.
