? Wilton High School is among the most challenging high schools in the country, according to The Washington Post. The newspaper ranked Wilton at No. 796 out of more than 2,000 public and private schools.
? Wilton High School wasn't the only school to make headlines. Cider Mill School received a bronze award in the national HealthierUS School Challenge for providing healthier school lunches and promoting more physical activity among students.
? Best-selling suspense author Mary Higgins Clark visited the Wilton Library on Friday to talk about and sign copies of her newest novel, "Daddy's Gone A Hunting."
? A Norwalk man was arrested after midnight Tuesday on drunken-driving and drug charges outside Miller-Driscoll School. The man, 30-year-old Sean Warwick, was stopped after he pulled into the school's parking lot, police said. He reportedly told police he was lost looking for a friend.
