WILTON, Conn. ? Connecticut Light & Power estimated Tuesday that Wilton will have all power restored by Friday, Nov. 4.
The companys website expected service to be returned by midnight Friday.
However, the Wilton Fire Department released an update from the towns Emergency Operations Center stating that CL&P will have 99 percent power restored by Saturday, Nov. 5.
A robo-call from First Selectman Bill Brennan said the town was assigned 10 utility crews and five tree crews.
As of noon Wednesday, the CL&P website said 47 percent of the town was still without power.
