WILTON, Conn. -- The resolution to divide a single lot into a four-part subdivision was recently approved by the Wilton Planning and Zoning Commission, according to the Wilton Bulletin.

The a 10.9-acre property, owned by 183 Ridgefield Road and the site of a historic home, will be turned into four residential building lots and one open space lot, said the Bulletin.

The developer agreed to add double basin structures along the driveway, and 22-foot driveways that stay 110 feet away from the property line on Ridgefield Road to address concerns about school bus pickup, added the Wilton Bulletin.
