SummerStage registration: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Get ready to set the stage for the Wilton Childrens Theater production of "Guys and Dolls." Registration will last from June 8 to 13. Clune Center, Wilton High School, 395 Danbury Road, Wilton.
Saturday, June 9
Impressions of Weir Farm: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. River Road Gallery opens Impressions of Weir Farm, a photography exhibit by Ron Landis featuring his two-year study of Weir Farm National Historic Site. Weir Farm National Historic Site is the only unit of the National Park Service dedicated to American painting. River Road Gallery, 21 River Road, Wilton.
Cook with Foliage: 1 to 4 p.m. Join Leda Meredith, an expert on wild edible and medicinal plants, on a foraging tour of Millstones 75 acres. Learn how to identify the areas most common wild edibles, as well as best practices and tips for foraging safely and with minimal impact on the natural environment. Millstone Farm, 180 Millstone Road, Wilton.
Sunday, June 10
Summer Fun Kickoff: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Support the children's programs of Wilton Parks & Recreation by enjoying an afternoon of games, crafts and bounce houses along with entertainment by Tom Weber, Danny Magic!, and Mia and the Riff. There will also be face painting and hair tinsel, the Pizza Truck Company, grilled hot dogs and burgers, a bake sale, and ice cream available for purchase. Merwin Meadows, 52 Lovers Lane, Wilton.
