Opening Our Hearts and Homes For ABC House Tour: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Get an exclusive look inside six of Wilton's most unique and distinguished homes. Tickets are $60 and can be purchased at Open House, Signature Style and Wilton Hardware. Tour tickets must be picked up at the Wilton Congregational Church, 70 Ridgefield Road, between 9:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. Friday. Proceeds benefit A Better Chance of Wilton.
Dinosaur Dig: 3:30 to 4:45 p.m. Children 3 and older can search for buried fossils in the Stepping Stones excavation site, weather permitting). Free with museum admission. Eight dig slots available: sign up for a slot at the Welcome Desk. Stepping Stones Museum, 303 West Ave., Norwalk.

Introduction to Beekeeping: 1 p.m. Learn everything you need to know about beekeeping. The course will cover beekeeping history, examine the equipment and methods commonly used in keeping bees, sample some products of the hive, and discuss the challenges facing bees today. 22nd Annual Hidden Garden Tour: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. See five unbelievable gardens during this annual event, organized by the Westport Historical Society. Three of the gardens are located in Westport and two are located in Wilton. The exact locations of the gardens are not announced until the morning of the event. Tickets are $45 or $35 for Westport Historical Society members and are available in advance by calling 203-222-1424, or online. Tickets can also be purchased the day of beginning at 9 a.m. at the Garden Marketplace on Veterans Green (located across from Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Ave.)
The Bacon Brothers: 8 p.m. Fronted by award-winning actor Kevin and highly acclaimed film and television composer Michael Bacon, The Bacon Brothers dynamic lyrics and amazing harmonies and melody’s have gained their own notoriety on the country-folk scene. Tickets are $65 and available online. Ridgefield Playhouse.
