Strong Winds Cause Power Outages In Wilton

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. – With strong winds blowing across Fairfield County on Wednesday morning, Eversource was reporting some power outages.

As of 8:30 a.m., the following power outages were reported: 

  • Brookfield: 17 customers 
  • Weston: 15
  • Westport: 2
  • Wilton: 56 
It was not clear when the outages would be restored. The area remains under a high wind advisory until 1 p.m.
