WILTON, Conn. The actor who played the captain on "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine" was charged with driving under the influence in Wilton, police say.
Avery Brooks, 63, who played Capt. Benjamin Sisko on the "Star Trek" sequel, was pulled over near Belden Hill and Seir Hill roads Sunday night, police say.
A phone complaint received by police led to the arrest. Brooks is due in court on Thursday, Feb. 9, and was released with a promise to appear. He lives in New Jersey.
