WILTON, Conn. A home at Warncke Road was sold for more than $1.1 million in Wilton the past week. Here are the other property transfers as reported by the Wilton Town Clerk for the week of May 4-10:
- Stephen and Jane Howe sold the house at 35 Hemmelskamp Road to Theodore and Jill Stanek for $860,000.
- Robert and Kim Sassone sold the house at 39 Warncke Road to Benjamin and Ruth Harrell for $1,137,500.
- The house at 31 Stirrup Place was sold to Denise Brown for $747,500 by the 31 Stirrup Place LLC.
- Stanley and Amy Markson sold the house at 36 Timber Top Trail to Murali Chegu and Ashwini Syamanur for $801,000.
