Motorists May Face Delays As Milling, Paving Work Begins In Wilton

WILTON, Conn. -- The town will perform road work starting Tuesday morning.

The milling of River Road, Old Ridgefield Road and Center Street will take about two to three days to complete and will result in traffic delays, town officials said.

Asphalt paving likely will begin Friday morning and take about two days to complete, town officials said.

Drivers’ patience and cooperation with police officers and traffic control flaggers will be most appreciated, town officials said. Schedule changes due to weather or other issues will be communicated by town officials.
