WILTON, Conn. -- The Wilton YMCA is offering a special holiday meditation and yoga class to help residents renew their holiday spirit.
The class will be held Saturday, Dec. 21, at 2:30 p.m. It is free for all Wilton Y members.
The Wilton YMCA is located at 404 Danbury Road.
