Wilton Robotics Team Destroys Hard Drives For Fundraiser

WILTON, Conn. -- Wilton residents can dispose of the sensitive information on their computers with Wilton's Destroying Your Hard Drive event Saturday, Nov. 23. 

The event runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Wilton Library at 137 Old Ridgefield Road. The library's Robotics Team, Singularity Technology, is hosting the event as a team fundraiser. 

The team will destroy hard drive information confidentially for $20 per computer. No registration or appointment is necessary. Singularity Technology team members will be on-hand at the library to help residents dispose of the information.
