WILTON, Conn. Remember that the Wilton Library will close at 2 p.m. Friday so that it can prepare for the Beyond Words Silent Auction that begins at 7 p.m.
Beyond Words is the Librarys annual benefit. This year, some of the big-ticket items include:
- A private meeting with Ann Patchett, author of Wilton Reads! 2012 selection "State of Wonder," plus signed first editions of all her books.
- A behind-the-scenes tour of the Metropolitan Museum of Art with art historian Joan Macy Kaskell.
