Wilton Holiday Boutique to Benefit Social Services

WILTON, Conn. – Shop for holiday gifts on Friday, Dec. 2, when Families to Families hosts its 3rd Annual Holiday Boutique at Trackside Teen Center from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The boutique is a benefit for the Wilton Department of Social Services and will feature vendors selling gift items such as chocolates, organic cheeses, clothing for babies, children and ladies, hostess gifts, home decor, holiday decorations, handbags, jewelry and more.

Trackside will have its cafe open for breakfast and lunch. The boutique will also collect non-perishable food items for the local food pantry.

The staff of Realty Seven will bake breads, and The Women's Club of Wilton will provide baked goods for sale. The Chinese Auction will also return as part of the boutique.

All profits from the auction and bake and bread sale go to The Wilton Interfaith Counsel, a 401 c3 fund that supports The Wilton Department of Social Services.

Social Services tries to meet the social and psychological needs of Wilton residents of all ages. To date, there are approximately 125 families receiving financial assistance under programs funded by state and local sources.

If you are interested in donating to the Interfaith Council but unable to attend the event, send donations to The Wilton Interfaith Council, 180 School Road, Wilton CT 06897.
