WILTON, Conn. Wiltons Chamber of Commerce will host a Mystery Wine Dinner on Wednesday, Feb. 8, at the restaurant Dina! at 6 p.m.
Each of the five courses will be paired with an unidentified premium wine. Attendees can attempt to determine the vintage of wine, with the winners receiving prizes.
The event will include a sparkling wine and cheese starter, two white wines with appetizers, two red wines with the main courses, followed by a dessert wine and sweet plate.
It has been several years since the chamber put on a Mystery Wine Dinner, Program Chair Carol Johnson said. We thought it would be fun to reintroduce the event to a whole new group of people, she said.
Reservations for the event are required because seating is limited. The event costs $75 for chamber members and $85 for nonmembers.
