New Yorker Editor Comes to Wilton Library

WILTON, Conn. – Author Dorothy Wickenden will visit the Wilton Library Thursday, Dec. 8, to talk about her new book “Nothing Daunted,” a collection of stories from her grandmother.

The stories relate her grandmother’s experiences as a school teacher in the Colorado Rockies almost 100 years ago and those of the women she knew, according to the library summary.

Wickenden, who is the executive editor of The New Yorker, will be at the library from 7-8:30 p.m. discussing and signing her book – which will be on sale in the library.

Registration is recommended, though not required.
