WILTON, Conn. -- Wilton youngsters can step back in time and learn about Colonial America through historic artifacts and hands-on activities at a summer camp at the Wilton Historical Society.
Each of the two sessions of camp will consist of different activities, including crafts, trades and games. A snack will be provided daily, and campers will get to take home a craft each day. Camp will be led by a certified teacher and three assistants.
Campers must be entering second, third or fourth grade in the fall to register.
Here are the dates for camp, which will be 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. daily:
- Session 1: July 8 to 12
- Session 2: July 15 to 19
Campers can sign up for one or both sessions The cost per child per session is $225 for members or $250 for nonmembers.
