The biggest sale in Wilton was the Wilton Storage Partners building on Danbury Road to Cubesmart for $10.806 million. Other sales were:

Christopher and Susan Stemgrim sold the home at 16 Wilridge Road to Donald and Kristanya Griffin for $675,000.
National Equity Inc. sold the home at 30 Deepwood Road to Collin and Cynthia Elly for $772,500.
Prudential Relocation sold the home at 48 Heather Lane to Joshua and Danielle Munk for $692,500.
Ethel Nolan sold the home at 13 Deerfield Road to Robert Dumser for $280,000.
