WILTON, Conn. – Hundreds of people gathered at the Wilton Library Friday night to hear bestselling suspense author Mary Higgins Clark talk about her newest novel, “Daddy’s Gone A Hunting.”
Clark, who’s known as the “Queen of Suspense,” addressed an audience of more than 300 people for over an hour, library officials said. Following her discussion, she signed copies of the book.
Due to the large number of fans in attendance, it took her about an hour-and-a-half to sign books, library officials said.
“Daddy’s Gone A Hunting” is Clark’s 32nd novel.
