Wilton Landscapers to Compete at Design Show

WILTON, Conn. – Hoffman Landscapes of Wilton will be participating in the Bartlett Arboretum’s “Garden Rooms by Design” showcase in June.

This year’s theme, “Bringing the Outdoors In,” challenges designers to reimagine interior spaces at the Bartlett Homstead “to show us how connected we are to nature.”

The show opens with a gala and fundraiser on Thursday, June 7, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. The event itself runs two weeks from June 8 to 15. The arboretum is at 151 Brookdale Road in Stamford.

“We are delighted to be part of this event,” says Mike Hoffman, the firm's president.   “It’s not often a landscape company gets to showcase ideas and products inside the home. That’s what makes this event unique and fun for us.”

Hoffman Landscapes will collaborate on the old homestead library with interior designer Victoria Vandamm from Vandamm Interiors. Brian Cossari, a landscape architect at Hoffman, notes: “Every landscape starts with a vision. Our room at the Bartlett will give homeowners some great ideas of ways they can enhance and use their backyards this summer.”

Hoffman Landscapes, whose design-build department has won numerous awards, is currently celebrating its 25th anniversary.

The company specializes in complete property management for lawns, planting beds, gardens, trees and shrubs. Hoffman Landscapes has three Connecticut locations:  Wilton, Greenwich, and Washington, serving Fairfield, Westchester and Litchfield counties.
